The joint research international project aimed to the diagnostics and testing of
microelectronic digital circuits and systems on the behavioural level. Several ATPG
systems on the behavioural level were developed by the mentioned consortium and results
were presented at the several international workshops and meetings. One FUTEG review
meeting was organised by the department in Smolenice castle.
