The IEEE
Workshop on Design and Diagnostics of Electronic Circuits
and Systems has been conceived as a forum for exchanging
ideas, presenting research results and practical applications,
and discussing trends and hot topics in the areas of microelectronic
circuit and system design, test and diagnosis.
The DDECS Workshop
organised by Central European countries: Czech Republic (1997,
2002), Poland
(1998, 2003),
Hungary (2001)
and Slovakia (2000). The 7th DDECS 2004 is organised
by the Institute of Informatics
of the Slovak
Academy of Sciences in Slovakia and co-sponsored by the
IEEE Computer Society Test Technology Technical Council (TTTC)
and the IST-2000-30193 REASON (Research and Training Action
for System on Chip Design) Project.
In addition to the DDECS Workshop sessions,
DDECS 2004 plays host to 2nd
